What’s my good morning routine and healthy daily habits that allow me to work for myself and have success as a travel blogger?
In this video I show you a typical day from waking up to going to sleep and everything in between, including how I start my day in the morning with meditation and journaling.
Then I show you what I eat to stay healthy, my cello class, pole dancing, and an exciting project I’m working on right now!
When I’m on the road, my routine can look quite different, but it still usually includes the same morning routine and healthy eating plus exercise habits. This is how I’ve managed to stay productive working for myself, because it can be tough, too!
Although not every day is a perfect picture of this, it’s becoming more and more of a healthy routine for me now.
